NORTHSTAR RESEARCH PARTNERS COMMISSIONED BY CEDAR TO CONDUCT ANTHROPOLOGY INSPIRED RESEARCH

Northstar Research Partners, a customer insight consultancy with offices in Jakarta, London, the US and Canada, has been appointed by CEDAR, to undertake an ethnographic study focussed on generating a better understanding of factors that inspire travel habits.

CEDAR is a creative and commercial content marketing agency. They advise a range of global travel brands. Through this study CEDAR plan to get a deeper understanding of triggers that shape holiday planning among a specific target customers.

Commenting on the Northstar appointment, Chris Rayment, Insight and Planning Director said ‘We are constantly exploring new approaches to get a better understanding of travel motivations. Northstar presented an anthropology led approach that matched our requirements. We think this focussed commissioning will help us unlock some key customer insights.’
